My name is Daniel Tanori. I’m a certified Personal
Trainer with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in program
design, composition change, weight management, nutritional guidance,
postural correction, self-defense, and coaching
I have been certified since 1999 with the following
credentials: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National
Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), Aerobic
and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and CPR certification. I
have also studied Athletic Training in the Kinesiology program at San
Jose State University.
Throughout my training career I’ve accumulated over 10,000 hours of
personal training
experience. My clientele has ranged from beginners to advanced, from
youth groups to wellness programs. I've assisted with rehabilitation for
chronic injuries and new
injuries. Such as, hip replacements, fused
vertebrae, knee surgeries, torn rotator cuffs, herniated spinal discs,
plastic surgeries, plantar fasciitis, and various sprains and strains of the
body. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Self defense training is another component I implement in my workout
programs. My training began as a teenager in Las Vegas at the John
Lewis Jsect Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy.
I then proceeded to expand my striking skills at Gladiators
Boxing gym. I currently practice at Fairtex fighting gym, increasing my
knowledge of Muay Thai and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the tutelage
of Leopaldo Serao.
