MMA & Combative Athlete Training
Do you practice MMA...
Or are you a Mixed Martial Artist?
The difference is in the materials that you use. When practicing, one
might use crude, unrefined tools. When an artist works, he uses only
the best available items. In MMA, your body and mind are your paints
and brushes. Only by perfecting your mind- body connection can you
finally relax and allow your learned skills to end a confrontation, in or out
of the ring.
Whether you want to simply be in fight shape, or ready to fight, our
Combat Circuit can get you there. Designed for men and women of all
ages and skill levels, the only ceiling that you will experience will be the
limits of your desire. Because the circuits are designed to challenge
your core, experience in martial arts is not required. The only thing that
you must bring is the willingness to be encouraged beyond your
perceived thresholds. The purpose of our sport specific circuits is to
increase your stamina, speed, strength, stability, and dexterity.
Warning: these circuits will change your body right before your very
eyes.
Combat Circuit Training is designed to simulate stresses that exceed
those required in a true combat situation (up to ten minute rounds for as
many rounds as you can handle).Winning in the ring requires control of
your opponent, but more importantly, of your body. Your core is the
control center for what happens with your limbs. Only by mastering your
core, can you hope to master your foe.
Training may include:
Giant tires
Kegs
Therabands
Medicine balls
Thai pads/focusmitts
Plyometrics
Footwork
Kettlebells
Sledgehammers
Cliff running
Sand training
How many rounds can YOU go?
With each workout individualized for the fighters, and based on their
opponents, we guarantee that fatigue will never be a factor for our
warriors. Our goal is for your machine to respond when you turn the
key. You perfect your arts, and we will display them in all of their glory.
