Saturday's Functional Circuit Training class is an hour-long total body workout that packs a heavy punch.
You'll be sweating. You'll be working. You might be slamming over-sized ropes, or pushing a sled with a 100 pound plate on it. You might be cursing under your breath. That's okay. This class is meant to take your fitness to another level, using the principles and tools of functional training.
You will work in multiple planes of motion, working on endurance, stability, strength, power, and more. Slash serious calories, gain muscle, and cut fat in what is NOT your ordinary boot camp class.
All exercises can be modified to you fitness level, so all are welcome.
