Hello – I’m Pati Sekula – here to promote strong, balanced, healthy living. I became fitness focused as a teenager after recovering from a major spinal fusion to correct scoliosis, and have been an avid bodybuilder for over 25 years. I’ve shared my enthusiasm for exercise through teaching aerobics and now once again as a Personal Trainer. Not limited to the gym, I also enjoy running, skiing, hiking, and road cycling; fitness is transferrable…

The other half of the equation is eating right, and I love sharing my passion for cooking tasty healthful foods (some from my own little garden) and helping others embrace and enjoy the lifestyle. Having recently completed a specialization in Fitness Nutrition enables me to even better guide my clients to meet their weight and health targets.
